We apologize if you are having difficulties downloading Tongue Chi.

 

Here are few hints to try first:

 

First, check the volume/mute on your device. The most common issue with an app is that users have their MUTE switch on. Try toggling the volume AND MUTE switch while tapping the sounds first.

If that does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. iTunes will not charge you again as long as you are using the same account.

 

If you do re-download, don’t worry, iTunes won’t charge you again, just be sure to use the same username.
